WALT Labs worked with EverWash to review their existing GCP infrastructure and provide technical recommendations on scaling, security, and choosing the optimal solution for building a data pipeline using CloudSQL, Datastream, and BigQuery in GCP.
The Challenge
EverWash is currently using Snowflake as their data pipeline. They want to move to a modern platform that can handle streaming millions of data points from their IoT-connected car wash systems with lower latency and better integration with GCP services.
WALT Solution
We designed and validated a modern data pipeline architecture leveraging GCP's native services including PostgreSQL on CloudSQL for operational data, Datastream for real-time data capture, and BigQuery for analytics. This provides a clear migration path from Snowflake to a fully integrated GCP solution.
